After all the noise generated upon Motorola’s press release of the MPx220, we decided to get practical and sought out the memory cards that future MPx220 users will probably need.

Motorola has released on its press site detailing its latest and highly anticipated smartphone, the MPx220. Ever since then, gadget websites throughout the world have been fretting over it. It grew feverish after it was also revealed as a centerpiece in the ongoing TechEd 2004 conference by Microsoft in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

The article was pulled due to threatened legal action from one of the nations largest wireless carriers. While PalmOne did have an early morning discussion with TreoCentral, they were not directly involved in the removal of the article. TreoCentral does not have an NDA with PalmOne.

Barely 24 hours passed by, and check back with treocentral reveals that its post on the upcoming Treo, codenamed Ace has been removed. A quick browse to its forum shows a well-participated thread giving their all on what they think of palmOne’s latest clam-up [...]

Despite all what’s been written in multiple Palm-centric (and some non-Palm) websites, discusion groups and forums throughout the world about the problem - no news comes about from palmOne itself on a satisfactory resolution.
