Brighthand has a spec analysis of the upcoming Dell Axim X50’s via FCC’s documentation … and comes up with its probable launch date too.
Impressive details include a VGA screen, Intel XScale 624MHz processor, either 128MB or 64MB RAM, WiFi/Bluetooth radios, and a dual-slot CF/SD configuration. There are presumably 2 variants with these spec combinations.
