Disgruntled PDA retail employee airs its dirty laundry
An ex-employee of a prominent PDA retailer in Kuala Lumpur, frustrated at his superior and working conditions has decided to hit back by claiming business impropriety in a public discussion forum.
While business malpractices will eventually leak out over time (or more likely implode and kill off the business itself) it goes to show how incredibly easy it is these days to negatively infect - or positively mold - minds thru today’s electronic media. We are not condoning what this ex-employee did, but this is also a good wake-up call for businesses: Do not ignore such powerful new medium any longer but instead use them to mend your ways, and harness it in future to your advantage.
