From Russia with love - China too

Russia-based RoverPC (site in Russian) decided to market a “new” Windows Mobile Phone Edition cellphone called the S2 to its residents. It’s also known as the Lenovo ET560 (Chinese website) in China.

Since we can’t read Russian nor Chinese, we’re gonna attempt to spec this unit from what Roman alphabets are visible on the websites:

  • Windows Mobile 2003 Phone Edition operating system
  • 64MB RAM, 32MB ROM memory
  • Dual-band GSM/GPRS 900/1800MHz
  • Built-in Bluetooth v1.1 radio and IR port
  • Built-in VGA (640×480) CMOS digital camera
  • 1 SDIO-capable memory/peripheral slot
  • Internal 3″ sized, 16-bit, 240×320 resolution color LCD rotating display

Sorry; we couldn’t determine the pricing. Any help from Russians and Chinese readers would be appreciated!
