The palmOne LifeDrive is being pushed out to the market like crazy in Asia Pacific since it was launched. They have a current promo where a TMNet Hotspot (Malaysia) prepaid access card (of a month’s access) is given away for every purchase of the WiFi’ed LifeDrive. And some Kodak printer dock …
Hmmph … we’re not biting. Sometimes, you have to figure out just how much you can push the product pricing envelope; we just think that the LifeDrive’s overpriced in Malaysia at RM2,068. palmOne believes that a RM19 WiFi access card’s gonna make a difference to its sales figures … And that Kodak printer deal? Nevermind.
